One of my favorite juice is lime juice with lemongrass. I don’t really know what is it called in English but Vietnamese people call it ” nước chanh sả”. It has several benefits when you drink this lime juice. Lime juice contains the high amount of acid helps improve diet. According to some recent study and research, people who drink more water instead of sugary juice improve their diet. Moreover, lime juice with lemongrass can promote weight loss. Lemongrass may make you feel relax and better in illness. Here is my easy recipe that I use everyday:

Ingredients:

1 lime

ovaaaa

1 tsp honey

honey

50gr chopped lemongrass stalk

Method:

  1. Put chopped lemongrass in the saucepan over medium heat. Leave it for ten minutes.
  2. Pour in into a bottle, add lime and honey.
  3. Combine with some cups of ice ( optional ). In my opinion, drink it when it warm is more tasty than when it cools down.

Shut down your phones, laptops, everything relates to the internet. Close your eyes, take a deep breathe for about 5 minutes and then slowly warm up your hands. Remember that we are out of the world. The first book in our blog is my all time favorite book called ” Who moved my cheese”. It’s written by Spencer Johnson, so i will tell you a little bit about himself. He was an American physician and author, he became known since the book series Value Tales and became famous by this book ” Who moved my cheese”. He was also the author of some bestseller book such as: The New One Minute Manager, One Minute for Yourself, etc. He was often written about self help for people and this book today is about self help, too. It talks about four characters in the maze and get struggling when finding cheese. Four characters are Sniff, Scurry, Hem and Haw, each of them represents the differences in the characteristics when facing with changes. It looks similar to a short story more than a book. I highly recommend my subscribers to read this, it just takes you about thirty minutes but it worths.

My breakfast recipe

I really want to be an early bird instead of a night owl, yet I can’t help myself to go to sleep early. Hence, I always wake up late in the morning and what I need is the quickly breakfast that easy to do. Here is my breakfast recipe, it’s called ” Meat ball pasta”

Ingredients:

200gr beef mince1201

1 egghow-to-soft-boil-an-egg-1

1 tsp olive oil

2 tbsp tomato sauce

Tomatoes ( optional)

Method:

  1. Put a pan on a medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add beef mince and fry for 5 minutes or until golden.
  3. Add tomato sauce and mix it together.
  4. Put the mixture into a container ( I often use a bowl or else you can use the lunch box.)
  5. Add tomatoes and egg, microwave for 1,30 minutes.That’s all for the healthy breakfast, you can also add shredded cheese on the top for the cheesy tastes.
